As part of the GASLESS project, the third public notice of expression of interest is now open, aimed at public entities in the Piedmont region.

The Piedmont Region has published the third call for expressions of interest, intended to provide technical assistance for the development of energy retrofit projects for public buildings within the framework of the European project GASLESS, coordinated by the Piedmont Region, with partners Environment Park S.p.A., PR.I.S.MA scrl, and SCR Piemonte.

The notice is addressed to Municipalities, Unions of Municipalities, and Provinces within the Piedmont Region, which may participate individually or jointly, expressing their interest in benefiting from the technical assistance services provided by the GASLESS project. These preparatory services for the energy renovation of public buildings will be offered free of charge and will include:

• support with administrative procedures;

• preliminary technical analyses of buildings;

• energy audits;

• financial analysis;

• preparation of tender documents;

• management of tendering procedures.

Interested entities must formalize their interest by completing the application form available at the following link: EUSurvey – Survey (europa.eu).

Applicants will be required to provide initial data and details regarding the energy consumption and geometric characteristics of the buildings they wish to nominate. Following a preliminary technical assessment, entities whose buildings are selected and deemed technically, economically, and administratively suitable for energy renovation will be able to benefit free of charge from the technical assistance service.

The notice will remain open until December 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM.
