{"id":504,"date":"2025-11-11T16:22:35","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T15:22:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sportelloenergia.envipark.com\/edifici-pubblici-en\/?p=504"},"modified":"2025-11-11T16:22:35","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T15:22:35","slug":"gasless-opens-the-third-public-notice-of-expression-of-interest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sportelloenergia.envipark.com\/edifici-pubblici-en\/gasless-opens-the-third-public-notice-of-expression-of-interest\/","title":{"rendered":"GASLESS OPENS THE THIRD PUBLIC NOTICE OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"157\">As part of the <strong data-start=\"15\" data-end=\"34\">GASLESS project<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"40\" data-end=\"89\">third public notice of expression of interest<\/strong> is now open, aimed at <strong data-start=\"112\" data-end=\"154\">public entities in the Piedmont region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"159\" data-end=\"535\">The <strong data-start=\"163\" data-end=\"182\">Piedmont Region<\/strong> has published the third call for expressions of interest, intended to provide <strong data-start=\"261\" data-end=\"285\">technical assistance<\/strong> for the development of <strong data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"358\">energy retrofit projects for public buildings<\/strong> within the framework of the European project <strong data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"415\">GASLESS<\/strong>, coordinated by the Piedmont Region, with partners <strong data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"510\">Environment Park S.p.A., PR.I.S.MA scrl<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"532\">SCR Piemonte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"942\">The notice is addressed to <strong data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"623\">Municipalities, Unions of Municipalities, and Provinces<\/strong> within the Piedmont Region, which may participate individually or jointly, expressing their interest in benefiting from the <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"781\">technical assistance services<\/strong> provided by the GASLESS project. These preparatory services for the energy renovation of public buildings will be offered <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"922\">free of charge<\/strong> and will include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1156\">\n<li data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"987\">\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"987\">support with administrative procedures;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1036\">\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1036\">preliminary technical analyses of buildings;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1055\">\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1055\">energy audits;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1079\">\n<p data-start=\"1058\" data-end=\"1079\">financial analysis;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1116\">\n<p data-start=\"1082\" data-end=\"1116\">preparation of tender documents;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1117\" data-end=\"1156\">\n<p data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1156\">management of tendering procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1314\">Interested entities must formalize their interest by completing the <strong data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1246\">application form<\/strong> available at the following link: <em data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1311\">EUSurvey \u2013 Survey (europa.eu)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1748\">Applicants will be required to provide initial data and details regarding the <strong data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1416\">energy consumption<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1450\">geometric characteristics<\/strong> of the buildings they wish to nominate.
