RENOSS offers 15 distinct services covering the entire community lifecycle, from feasibility studies to ongoing management, all accessible free of charge through local One Stop Shops.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>CER Roero<\/strong>, presented by Daniele Demaria, exemplifies successful implementation. Founded by 20 municipalities, it currently operates 10 configurations totaling <strong>7.5 MW capacity<\/strong>, projected to generate 436,000 euros annually in territorial incentives. Notably, even members without installations benefit from shared energy incentives.<\/p>\n<p>Piemonte Region introduced the GASLESS project, which uses <strong>Energy Performance Contracts<\/strong> to renovate public buildings without municipal debt. The first tender, already awarded, involves 20 buildings with 9 million euros in investments guaranteeing over 60% energy savings.
