{"id":432,"date":"2024-12-13T09:30:09","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T08:30:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sportelloenergia.envipark.com\/edifici-pubblici-en\/?p=432"},"modified":"2024-12-13T09:30:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T08:30:09","slug":"gasless-opens-the-second-public-notice-of-interest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sportelloenergia.envipark.com\/edifici-pubblici-en\/gasless-opens-the-second-public-notice-of-interest\/","title":{"rendered":"GASLESS OPENS THE SECOND PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTEREST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>The second public notice of interest is opened within the framework of the GASLESS project, addressed to the public authorities in the provinces of <strong>Novara, Vercelli, Verbano Cusio Ossola and Biella<\/strong><\/em><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Region of Piedmont has published the <a href=\"https:\/\/bandi.regione.piemonte.it\/avvisi-beni-regionali\/avviso-pubblico-manifestazione-interesse-enti-pubblici-piemonte-supportare-riqualificazione-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second call<\/a> for expressions of interest for technical assistance to define <strong>energy upgrading projects for public buildings<\/strong> within the framework of the European project GASLESS, coordinated by Region of Piedmont and which has as partners ENVIRONMENT Park SpA, PR.I.S.MA scrl and SCR Piemonte.<\/p>\n<p>The notice is addressed to entities such as <strong>municipalities, unions of municipalities and provinces<\/strong> of the areas of Novara, Vercelli, Verbano Cusio Ossola and Biella, which can participate in a single or associated form, Expressing interest in the technical assistance services provided by the GASLESS project.<\/p>\n<p>The following services will be available free of charge for the energy upgrading of public buildings:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>support administrative procedures;<\/li>\n<li>preliminary technical analysis on buildings;<\/li>\n<li>energy audits;<\/li>\n<li>financial analysis;<\/li>\n<li>definition of calls for tenders;<\/li>\n<li>management of competitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The interest must be formalised by filling in the application form, at the following link:<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eusurvey\/runner\/manif_interesse_progetto_GASLESS_2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> EUSurvey &#8211; Survey (europa.eu)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The interested entity will have to cooperate by providing initially data and details on energy consumption and geometric characteristics of the buildings it intends to apply for.
